I spend a lot of time sitting around fires.

It’s a regular reminder for me how so much of the wisdom that has brought humanity to this point is because of stories told around fires. It is the stories we chose to tell and retell that made their imprint on the collective subconscious and inform how we choose to move forward.

Over the course of my life, my capacity for leadership has manifested through often somewhat less through storytelling than it does story imagining.

Professionally, this has often looked like instructional design on high profile start-up level health initiatives in the federal and private sectors, concepts truly unique to their respective markets. With no prototype to copy, I have been tasked in these critical roles because I am a dreamer - I see what is for what could be possible. Nothing exists that did not first exist in thought and I know the value of my capacity for vision.
