“I simply cannot do it alone.”

— Velma Kelly, Chicago

One of the many lenses is that makes up my inimitable perspective and ability to connect deeply with human nature is my true heart of a theater kid.

I make sense of the world through storytelling and the many ways we have evolved to do it. My hottest take is that biologically, it is our ability to share experience through story, to not only dream but to communicate that dream to another and take action to bring it to reality, to bring the nonmaterial to manifest, is what makes us human.

I chose this quote from the musical Chicago because Kelly is pleading with Hart to work with her - someone she is beefing with for the plot, all to bring Kelly’s dream for the future to manifest. She is willing to set all grievances, real or imagined, aside to get what they both want.

This is the type of energy I think we could all benefit from at this particular moment in time. It is important now more than ever we choose connection over division for the greater good. I have been leading groups of humans towards shared goals for over a decade and I am highly trained, highly experienced, and highly effective. I am motivated to use this skillset toward bringing a brighter future to manifest and I know that I simply cannot do it alone.

I am skilled in designing and leading experiences that help teams and communities reconnect to purpose and collective intelligence. My approach is rooted in applied positive psychology, leverages adult learning theory, and points to indigenous wisdom while being shaped by years of practical experience guiding soldiers, healthcare professionals, and organizations through uncertainty and change.

Core Approach

Human Wiring as the Foundation

  • People connect best through story and shared experience.

  • I lead experiences that align with how new information is integrated, how inherent wisdom is accessed, and how behavior actually changes.

Structure + Emergence

  • Every group needs both a boundaries and freedom inside them.

  • I balance clear design with space for authentic voices, so the group’s inherent intelligence becomes available.

Teamwork as Transformation

  • Facilitation is more than transferring information.

  • It’s about creating just the right conditions where change becomes attainable.
